Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract with an Authorized Notifier Engineered System Distributor within 100 miles of Roseburg under FAR 6.302 for the following: IFB 653-21-04, All supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to completely install new Government Provided Notifier Equipment for a Central Station Fire Alarm system for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures for the Roseburg Campus of the VA Roseburg Healthcare System, as required by drawings and specifications. The contractor must be an authorized Notifier Engineered System Distributor. Buildings 1,2,3,7,16 and 17 contain Fire Building Fire Alarm Panels that will have to interface to the new Central Station Fire Alarm system. NAICS Code 233320/ size standard: $28.5 million. The anticipated cost range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. The solicitation contract terms, specifications and drawings will be made available after March 23, 2004. Hard-copy drawings and specifications can be received by contacting Terry Albertus at (541) 440-1270. Offeror?s will be charged $150.00 for each set of drawings and specs. This fee would be reimbursed if the drawings and specs were returned after bid opening (within seven-(7) days after bid opening). The due date for this solicitation is April 27, 2004, by 2:00 p.m. pacific time. A public bid opening will occur.
