Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the commercial item/services described below prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. Proposals shall be submitted on the SF1449 along with Bid Schedule and completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items wh ich are available to be downloaded on our website at https://ebs.nap.usace.army.mil. This announcement incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-16. The procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small busi ness. The applicable NAICS code is 332312 and the size standard is 500 employees. BACKGROUND: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia is currently seeking proposals for Line Item 0001 for 20 Each of Spares Designation MD-10-04-12 Stainless Steel Serrated Grating, Heavy Lo ads Small Openings, Close Mesh Design, Style 15-W-4, Overall Length 12 Feet, Bearing Bars 1-1/2 Inch X 3/16 Inch Stainless Steel; Cross Bars C to C 4 Inches; Bearing Bars C to C 15/16 Inch; Cross Bar DIA. 5/16 Inch, Approximate Weight 14 Lbs. Per. Sq. Ft. ; Packaged in Bundles of Four Gratings per Bundle, and Banded with Stainless Steel Banding Material, Line Item 0002 for 400 Each of Spares Designation MD-10-04-14 Stainless Steel Fasteners for Above Grating, Type G.G. Standard, Compatible with the Dimensio ns for Grating in Item 1 with Stainless Steel Hardware Included, Line Item 0003 for 400 Each of Spares Designation MD-10-04-14 Stainless Steel Fasteners Compatible for Grating Ordered in Item 1, Type CB, with Stainless Steel Screws-Nuts-Washers, and Line I tem 0004 for 400 Each of Spares Designation MD-10-04-14 Stainless Steel Fasteners Compatible for Grating Ordered in Item 1, Type GFSS-1, with Stainless Steel Screws, and Hardware.
