Description

The Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division (NAVAIR AD) at Patuxent River, MD has a sole source requirement to continue IT upgrade and technical support for the following licensed software applications: (a) CleverPath Eureka Reporter - Ekresv05900; (b) AdvantageGEN -1100457-001; and (c) Allfusion Erwin Data Modeler - ERWIN0000041RU1. The government intends to contract on a sole source basis under Request for Quotation N00421-04-T-0099 with Castillo Technologies, LLC, 3021 South 35th Street, Suite 6, Phoenix, AZ 85034-7236. Castillo Technologies is the only authorized IT reseller for the above proprietary NAVAIR applications. This procurement is being processed in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The applicable NAICS code is 541519 and the applicable FSC code is 7030. Responses to this notice of intent to negotiate with Castillo Technologies should be submitted no later than 25 March 2004 via email to Mr. Gary E. Murphy at Gary.E.Murphy@navy.mil. Electronic inquiries and responses shall include company name, single point of contact, telephone number, complete address, and company business size. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See Numbered Note 26.
