Description

The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the University of Miami, 1611 NW 12th Avenue, Miami Florida, for the government need of three laboratories in walking distance of the Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami Medica l Campus. 1. The resuscitative skills laboratory shall consist of 5 skill station areas to support team training of a maximum of 6 students and 2 instructors to include training equipment, training supplies/aids and lab space. 2. The applied physiology laboratory shall consist of space, animals, supplies and personnel to support twelve mass casualty exercises. 3. The Human anatomy laboratory shall include space, cadavers, embalming, maintenance, storage, personnel protective equipment, models, anatomi c SAWBONES with table for 30 people, 12 sessions per year. This acquisition will be processed under the commercial Item procedures. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Solicitation W81K00-04-T-0220 will be available at https://ams16.redstone.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 18 March 2004. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. Award to be ma de on or about 25 March 2004.
