- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Requests For Quotation (RFQ) shall be issued and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The Coast Guard ELC intends on obtaining pricing directly from the manufacturer(s) or its authorized distributors. BRAND NAME ONLY! Alternate part numbers are NOT accepted. Quotations shall include unit price, proposed delivery in days (after receipt of order), you company and Tax ID number and DUNS number. Each unit shall be individually packaged i.a.w. MIL-STD-2073-1D, METHOD 41, CODE GX. Electrostatic and Electromagnetic Protection. Each unit shall be individually marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129. Bar Coding In accordance with ANSI/AIM BC1 is required. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is HSCG40-04-Q-20255.
