Description

The USDA, Agaricultural Research Service, Red River Agricultural Research Center, Fargo, North Dakota, requires one new Farinograph. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., exluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-022-82HW-04. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031 ON OR BEFORE APRIL 2, 2004 BY 5:00 P.M. MDT. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 339111 with a small business size of no more than 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-022-82HW-04, which will be available on or about March 19, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
