Solicitation Number: W58RGZ04R0087 Set Aside Code: 100% Response Date: (MM) 04/18/04 30 days Description: PRON: AX361322AX; NOUN: Connecting Link, RIG; NSN: 3040-01-081-2779; Part Number: 70305-02119-042; Qty: 1200 each minimum/2400 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airfcraft. F.O.B. De stination with delivery to New Cumberland PA . Required delivery with First Article Testing is 10 each, 330 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 10 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 208 DACA. Requir ed delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each, 220 Days DACA and 10 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and the re are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions.
