Description: REQUEST FOR INFORMATION March 17, 2004 The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), intends to procure infrastructure modernization and field operations services for Alaskan current measurements and water level stations. The infrastructure and field operations services include establishing new National Water Level Observation Network (NWLON) stations in Alaska, upgrading existing NWLON stations in Alaska, and acquiring new tidal current measurements in Alaska. A Request for Information and Statement of Objectives is attached.
