- The Department of Army, Surface Deployment and Distribution Command intends to issue a modification to extend Contract DAMT01-03-P-0207 for Cargo and Billing System Independent Verification and Validation software services to Anvicom Inc, 2301 Gallow s Road, Suite 100, Dunn Loring, VA for a period of seven (7) months (April 1, 2004 through October 29, 2004). This modification extension is to complete work as a result of government caused delay. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541330 with a sta ndard size of $4.0 million. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all requests received no later than 12 noon, March 24, 2004. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilit y by e-mailing literature, detailing how their products/services meet the requirements, to Ms. Helen Merriwether, Contracting Specialist at merriwetherh@sddc.army.mil, telephone (703) 428-2199 and Ms. Joyce Koon, Contract Specialist at koonj@sddc.army.mil. Information received will be used to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
