Description

The work consist of dressing levee slope; lime/fly-ash slurry injections in levee embankment; establishment of turf to include rough dressing, fertilizing, and overseeding; and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is be tween $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. There are twelve (12) sheets in the set of drawings. This will be an unrestricted procurement with Price Evaluation for HubZone small business concerns. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small bus iness concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceeding three fiscal years no t exceeding $28.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS 237990 and Sic Code 1629. Bid opening for this solicitation will be on or about 04 May 2004.
