Description

This is a notice of intent to award using sole source procedures for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only announcement: proposals are not being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number 4THF21040975 has been assigned to this requirement. This procurement is for the purchase of 25 special purpose surveillance camera for McKenna MOUT Site. The camera?s requested use a special IR illuminator to light up areas during night maneuver. These illuminators use a 1-watt array of LEDs and operate at 1050 nm. 25 ea Sanyo 4324 CCD day/night cameras with 2.8mm F 1.4 auto iris lines 25 ea Camera enclosures with window & shelf top Mount with camera/lens installed and wired, IR illuminator installed and wired, all tested. 25 ea IR illuminator 1050 nm as before. Modified Enclosure. Assembled & tested. 25 ea Opus 62 Beyer dynamic microphone or Equal. Electronic Product Development USA, LLC has been approved as the sole source available for the procurement of these proprietary cameras. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. The Clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commerical Itmes, applies to this acquisition.
