Description
On February 10 and 11, 2004, the FALCON program held a Technical Information Meeting for the Task 1 and Task 2 contractors in Phase I. The information presented by the government on emerging technologies is available to Phase II intended proposers. Some of this information is ITAR restricted and it is each company's responsibility to make sure they are in line with all ITAR requirements. Send requests to: Donna Dickey, CENTRA Technology, 4121 Wilson Blvd, Suite 800, Arlington, VA 22203. There are export control and ITAR restrictions within the FALCON program. Use of foreign prime contractors will unacceptably delay the program. It is suggested that foreign concerns develop U. S. industry relationships that would overcome export control/ITAR requirements. This special notice is not a request for proposals.
