- Description
- The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center (LSCVMC) intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for Trash Removal and Disposal services. VA locations to be serviced are the Wade Park unit, the Brecksville unit, and the Veterans Industries location in Cleveland. This procurement follows the procedures in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Contracting and unrestricted competition is solicited. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NAICS) code is 562111 with a size standard of $10.5M. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.fedbizops.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a purchase order, it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. The solicitation notice will be posted on or about 28-January-2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-JAN-2004).
