Description

The National Geospatial Agency (NGA) (formerly National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA)) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to Mid-Atlantic Waste Systems, a division of THC Enterprises Inc to provide the following items and services: Enclose existing compactors, replace open-top compactors with new compactors, metal work and decking on compactors to comply with anti-terrorism measures, and provide hopper enclosures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A formal solicitation package is not available. Vendors who believe they have this capability should respond in accordance with Numbered Note 22. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. See numbered note 22. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-FEB-2004).
