- The work consists of contractor supplying all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary for waterproof protection on several exterior and interior walls at Moncrief Army Community Hospital, Fort Jackson, South Carolina. This procurement i s being procured as a firm fixed price contract. This procurement is RETRICTED to Small Business Set-aside. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, Mobile, Alabama handle the requirement. Refer to document in request. Bid documents are availabl e on or about 19 March 2004 on the Internet at http://www.sam.usace.army.mil. Mrs. Jacalyn M. Jenkins, 251-441-5598 (fax 251-690-2675) may answer specific questions related to this solicitation. There is no cost for this solicitation. All responsible so urces may submit an offer that shall be considered. The NAICS code is 561790. Bidders, subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet. Registration instructions are available on the Internet at http://www.sam.usace.army.mil, then click on contract bids. Neither telephonic, ma iled, nor fax requests will be accepted.
