Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, Denver, Colorado, is requesting proposals from experienced qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment and services to furnish and deliver, FOB Destination to Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, Brigham CIty, Utah, approximately 15,0000 tons of one inch road base gravel meeting UDOT Standards. Delivery shall include, but not limited to, loading, hauling, unload and stockpiling. Estimated performance period from award of contract is 180 calendar days. The solicitation will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) http://www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about March 19, 2004. Effective October 1, 2003, all contractors must be registered on the Central Contractor Registeration (CCR) website as an active vendor in order to be eligible for an award. The CCR website is www.ccr.gov. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 423320 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
