NOTE: Any inconsistency between this document and a solicitation shall be resolved by giving precedence to the solicitation including all amendments. QUESTION 10: Numerous questions were received about the submittal limitations added in synopsis modification 1. ANSWER: The synopsis description has been amended to eliminate the submittal limitation. However, a completed SF 254 and SF 255 remains as a requirement for the proposed prime consultant and each proposed subconsultant or subcontractor. QUESTION 11: I am wondering if there is a list of current contractor?s that are bidding of the C?Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity for A-E services for projects located along the US/Mexico border in CA, AZ, NM and TX (Solicitation # IBM04R0002).
