- Sources Sought Notice. See attached Draft Statement Of Objectives (SOO). This is a Request for Information (RFI) announcement only for review and comment. This is NOT a formal solicitation; a formal solicitation will be announced separately. This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. The information gathered from this RFI will assist in the development of a future Request for Proposal (RFP). The total period of performance will be up to five years, structured by a one year basic period and up to four one year option periods to start upon date of contract award. Contractors are asked to review the attached draft SOO and provide comments or questions to the point of contact (POC) referenced below. It is the Government?s intent to incorporate suggestions and comments in the SOO. Suggestions on the metrics or methods of measurements that may be utilized to reflect the contractor?s level of performance are also requested with your initial comments. TSA is considering use of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is mandatory. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted to the website www.eps.gov, Federal Business Opportunities in the near future All comments in response to this RFI should be submitted electronically via e-mail no later than 09 April 2004. All respondents must provide a return Internet address, a Post Office mailing address, Point of Contact, and Telephone Number within the body of the response. Responses to the RFI should include: - 3-5 page summary of the contractor?s relevant, prior work, statement of capability; - brief description of the contractor?s quality control process for deliverables; - references (names and contact information) for whom the contractor has performed similar work; - a statement identifying if the offeror is a small business, 8(a) firm, small disadvantaged, business, women-owned business, or HUBZone firm.
