Description

This agency has a requirement that will be 100% set-aside for small businesses. This requirement is for 45 pieces of 1/4 inch thick, tempered glass, of various dimensions, for use to cover desktops, conference room tables, and lateral files. Glass will require cut outs for wire grommets and smooth edges to prevent cuts. Specifications on desktop, table, and lateral file dimensions can be made available by emailing your request to jacqueline.tellis@maxwell.af.mil; however, contractors are encouraged to validate glass top dimension requirements during the scheduled site visit to ensure measurement accuracy. An onsite visit will be conducted on 6 April 2004 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Squadron Officer College located at 125 Chennault Circle (Building 1403, Room 1136), Maxwell AFB AL. Please notify Jacqueline Tellis at (334) 953-6550 no later than 1:00 pm on 1 April 2004 of your request to attend the site visit. The close date for this special notice is 4 April 2004.
