- On behalf of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, the Defense Contracting Command-Washington intends to award a purchase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole source basis to Galorath, Inc to provide Software Estimating and Software Sizing Models (SEER-SEM/SSM) and SEER-H Site License, Training and Consulting Support. The purpose is to develop and manage cost analysis tools, models and databases for Army-wide use. The SEER-SEM/SSM software was developed and is currently marketed by Galorath Inc. There is NO solicitation document. This notice is not a request for quotes.
