YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-C, PAM MYRES, CONTRACTING OFFICER, OR ANGELA BRANCH, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, FAX 256- 876-5311. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX4C0019AX, NSN: 1650-01-303-7898, PN: 145H6700-18, QUANTITY: 148 each minimum and 448 each maximum, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272, HTD Aerospace, Inc., Cage Code 33068 and Transaero, Inc., Cage Code 27541, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s).????? Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 10 each 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA), and 10 each month thereafter. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 10 each 280 DACA, and 10 each month thereafter. Production Lead-time for Alternate II Clause is 10 each 350 DACA, and 10 each month thereafter. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date st ated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in orde r to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
