Description
PM WIN-T, is conducting Market Research to identify sources to upgrade and test fifteen (15) AN/PSC-11, Single Channel Anti-Jam Manportable (SCAMP) Terminals to a SCAMP System Enhancement Program (SEP) Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) capabil ity. The SCAMP System Enhancement Program (SEP) is currently under design and development under US Army Contract Number DAAB07-96-C-A760. The SCAMP SEP is a joint service system for the Army, Navy and Air Force. No Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) or Com mercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products or modified GOTS or COTS products have the SCAMP terminal's ability to be readily modified for AEHF operation. The AEHF waveform is similar to the Milstar EHF waveform which has been improved to allow increased data r ates and throughput. The Government does not possess the technical data or the design rights to the SCAMP terminal or the SCAMP SEP design. It is requested that sources capable of meeting the Governments technical requirements provide written information about its capabilities. All information should be submitted no later than 8 March 2004. We request that all information be sent to PM WIN-T , ATTN: SFAE-C3T-WIN-ESS (Mr. John Talamo), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5508. Telephone 732-532-7311, FAX 732-532-3463 or email: john.talamo@us.army.mil.
