Description

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking a responsible Contractor to award a firm fixed price contract to for Paving of Lots 17, 18, and 19 (actually one large Parking Lot located at 119 D Street, N.E.); Ford House Office Building Ancillary Parking Lot; with Two Options for Street Paving: Option No. 1 - First Street, SW from Washington Avenue to Independence Avenue, S.W.; and Option No. 2 - C Street Tunnel between New Jersey Avenue, N.W. to Delaware Avenue, N.E., Washington, D.C. It is estimated that the total value of the work to be performed for the project will be between $100,000 and $250,000.
