Description

Peace Corps Global Network by Very Small Aperture Terminal (PCGN by VSAT): Regarding the 26 MAR 2004 Special Notice and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 33, please be advised that a protest of the Maritime Telecommunications Network (MTN) award was filed by AIS Engineering of Silver Spring MD with the General Accounting Office (GAO). The protest remains unassigned by GAO, but with a tentative agency (Peace Corps) response date of 28 APR 2004. Interest parties may contact the GAO status line on (202) 512-5436 for updates. Again, until this protest is resolved, all work on contract PC-04--3-005 has been suspended.
