Description: The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement for a completely integrated, factory built, water treatment plant furnished and delivered to Mat Sinking Unit, Vicksburg, Mississippi. The Government will perform installation. However, bid must include cost for manufacturer representative to provide complete training in operation and maintenance of the system for 3 days during plant startup and operator training to include plant checkout and operator instruction.
