Description: The Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish & Wildlilfe Service, Region 1, Contracting & General Services, intends to award a contract to the Government of Ontario, Canada, for helicopter services necessary to complete international aerial waterfowl surveys relating to the U.S. / Canada cooperative waterfowl survey and related migratory bird management plans. This proposed contract action is for commerical services. Estimated cost is between $25,000 - $75,000. The Government intends to negotiate with only one vendor.
