- This pre-solicitation modificataion is to correct the solicitation number to reflect SP0100-04-Q-4120 I/L/O SP0100-4-Q-4120. Also to change the drawing date for B-3-43A & B-3-42B to feflect date of 98 Apr 22 I/L/O 94 Mar 09. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. PR YPT04065000009, NSN: 8455-01-388-8131, Insignia, Embroidered, Grade, Enlisted Personnel, Air Force, Type VIII, Style 1, Class 4, Full Color, Large Size, Chevrons, Man?s 4 inch Senior Master Sergeant, E-8 (W/O Diamond) Overedge Stitching Required, Stitch Count 16294 Ea. Overedge Stitching Required, Stitch Count 3229 EA., Quantity 11,250 pair, Destinations: Phoenix, AZ 85009 and New Cumberland, PA 17070. Two (2) deliveries beginning 150 days after date of award. In accordance with MIL-DTL-14651A dtd 22 October 2001. In accordance with drawing B-3-43A & B-3-42B Dtd 98 Apr 22 and Cartoon B-3-43A-2 Dtd 07 March 1994. Five (5) First Article Test Samples required 60 days after date of award. Solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation will include end item specification. Solicitation will be available on the Procurement gateway on or around April 9, 2004. Contractor supplies all materials. Contractor must be CCR Registered and have a government cage code. BUY AMERICAN ACT APPLIES. Drawings and Specifications can be obtained from our Contracting page located at: http://ct.dscp.dla.mil/contracting. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home after (April 9, 2004). From the Gateway home page, select ?Search RFQs? from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
