Description

CONTACT John Bellantoni, AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AN, (732) 532-8425. This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for components of the Low Frequency Automatic Direction Finder, AN/ARN-149(V),consisting of: R-2382 Receiver, P/N 622-6812-002; C-12192 C ontrol, P/N 622-6813-004; C-12491 Control, P/N 622-6813-005; AS-4480 Antenna, P/N 622-6820-003. The current source and referenced part numbers for these components are Rockwell-Collins, Inc., Cage 13499. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of these units are not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these units must so indicate, displaying general and Specific knowledge of such s ystems, production history, providing samples, etc., in writing to: Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-A-AN, Building 1200E, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supp lier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically (Form,Fit,& Function) and functionally interchangeable with the unit from either the OEM, or other previous supplier. Successful supplier will be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
