Description
Solicitation for NSN:6140012384932, LTC04041018121, BATTERY ASSEMBLY. CLASSIFICATION CODE:(FAR 5.207(g))SPECIFICATIONS OR STANDARDS: Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. PRLI: 0001, qty: Est.74, U/I EA. Delivery: FOB Dest: 120 days ARO. Dest: Conus Stock Facility(as per the P-41)9 Specifications available. 12 Trade Agreements Act. 23 Qualification Requirements (FAR 52.209-1)Unrestricted. Solicitation will result to an Indefinite Quantity Contract and will include an option to extend the terms of the contract for an additional four(4)one(1)year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 74 each; the guaranteed minimum quantity is 19 each; the minimum delivery order quantity is 19 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 90 each. The final award contract decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation.
