Description

USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the service to identify and characterize the impacts and effects of military smoke and obscurant exposure and emissions on selected aquatic organisms. The period of service will be n o later than 14 May 2005. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with the University of Illinois, Illinois Natural History Survey as a follow-on project to prior wor k. Request for W9132T-04-T-0089 will be issued on or about 29 April 2004 with a closing date of 12 May 2004.
