Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is HE1254-04-Q-0092. This action will be processed using simplified acquisition procedures. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is an education activity and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. DoDEA requires the following Microsoft Open License Volume Program for the following products, delivered to DoDEA at the address shown above.
