Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number HE1260-04-R-0005 is being used as a Request for Quotation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This solicitation is for NAICS codes 334119. The components will be used by Department of Dependents Schools Education Division. The following line items (CLIN) are required: CLIN 0001, Printer, Kyoceramita FS-3800N, QTY 79 EA. CLIN 0002, FS-3800N TONER TK-60, QTY 79. CLIN 0003, WARRANTY, 4 YEAR ON-SITE NATION WIDE JAPAN & KOREA, QTY 79, CLIN 0004, SHIPPING COST TO APO BOX ADDRESS, QTY 1 LT. The award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database (www.ccr.gov) to receive any contract awards or payment.
