Description

THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY -- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Georgia State University Research Foundation, University Plaza, Atlanta, GA 30303. The purpose of this procurement is to continue provision of technical assistance to grantees of the Rural Health Network Development Grant Program. The Georgia State University Research Foundation is deemed the only source that can provide this service, for Georgia State developed the infrastructure and capacity for directly supporting the RHND program grantee and identified significant findings for improving the design and implementation of the RHND program that could not have been accomplished without the in-depth relationships built with grantees as a result of providing technical assistance (TA). This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The period of performance for this project is for eleven (11) months. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is on file. Note #22
