Description: Provide all management, administration, administrative supplies and materials, and labor necessary to augment the Garrison with trained personnel to provide multi-functional Base Augmentation Support Services (BASS) for Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Servic es are necessary to augment existing support capabilities and require flexible performance of services to respond to peek-and-valley workload requirements. The nature of the work requires the Contractor to use flexible employment and schedule techniques t o minimize cost and maximize performance outcomes to adapt to varying workload requirements. This may require work outside normal duty hours including 24-hour operations and shift work to meet unit mobilization, deployment, redeployment, and demobilizatio n time restrictions. The method of procurement will be unrestricted under NAICS 561210 with a corresponding business size standard of $30.0 Mil and will result in the award of a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract type with a cost under-run/over-run incentive pr ovision. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 15. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about April 29, 2004.
