Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Carroll Nelson and Associates IAW FAR 6.302-1, and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), the continued maintenance and support of certain supply chain and workflow applications developed by Carroll Nelson and Associates for the Defense Energy Support Center and which are being integrated into the Fuels Automated System. Carroll Nelson and Associates is the developer of these applications and is uniquely qualified to provide this support. This action will continue maintenance and support activities through February 2005.
