Description

The following changes have been made to FA4625-04-Q0008: Paragraph 4(d.)of the DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK has been amended to; "The Contractor shall be responsible to provide access to on-site restroom facilities for contractor use during operating hours.? Para 4(e.)of the DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK has been amended to; ?The Government shall furnish a 30 cubic yard open-top container for recycle metals." The first sentence of Paragraph 5 in the DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK is amended to; ?All work shall be accomplished in accordance with OSHA regulations which can be reviewed and/or obtained from the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety & Health Administrations website at Internet address http://www.osha.gov/.? Additionally, Proposals in response to this notice from responsible sources shall be submitted in writing no later than 1600 hrs Central Standard Time (CST), 06 May 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-APR-2004). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 28-APR-2004.
