- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HHS/HRSA), is seeking organizations with the capability to determine the progress made since 1995 in achieving the recommendations of the National Agenda for Geriatric Education: White Papers chapters that address cross-cutting topics including managed care, long-term care, case management, interdisciplinary education, and ethno-geriatrics. The Government seeks to learn what has been accomplished and what remains to be done regarding education and training in these areas. The end product of this project will be a series of comprehensive progress reports and an overall assessment of progress to date. Organizations with the capability to perform these services must send us a capability statement, which specifically identifies their capability to perform such services. In addition, the capability statement must identify the organization?s size and type. If you have question regarding this announcement contact Hanif S. Abdul-Amin at email: habdul-amin@hrsa.gov. REQUEST VIA TELEPHONE WILL NOT BE HONORED. CITE: RFP No.: 04-N230-5018 HA
