Description: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and labor necessary to test and recertification of 902 each nitrogen cylinders and re-fill and test of 2 cylinders, Sagami General Depot in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW) and with commercial and local standards. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
