Description

U.S. Government Wants to Lease Space in Plano, TX 4TX0181 Due to a continuing requirement for leased space, General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 13,042 usable square feet of fully serviced office and related space for the United States Bankruptcy Court in Plano, Texas, for a 10-year term. All services, supplies and utilities to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. No asbestos containing fireproofing or insulation materials, whether friable or non-friable, will be permitted. All offers are subject to asbestos and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB?s) inspection and testing procedures. Space must be available for occupancy no later than May 1, 2007. The space is desired within an area bounded to the North ? Spring Creek Parkway; South ? George Bush Turnpike; East ? Jupiter Road; to the West ? Dallas Tollway.
