Description

GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 2,400 BOMA rentable square feet of office space, for occupancy by the Indian Health Service for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence in the year 2004. The space could be in Central Business District of Minot, North Dakota. The delineated area boundaries are the city limits of Minot, North Dakota. If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries, other alternative sites, including build to suit, will be considered. Consideration will be given to locations one (1) mile out side the city limits of Minot, North Dakota. Buildings listed on the Historic National Register of Historic places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. All space must be fully handicapped accessible and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
