Description: This is official notice that the required response date and time for this RFP has changed from 05 May 2004, 4:00 p.m., to 19 May 2004, 4:00 p.m. The requirement to set this procurement aside just for competitive HUBZone contractors in Region IV has been removed. The procurement is STILL set aside as competitive HUBZone but not for a particular region. It is now open nationwide. All interested HUBZone concerns are invited to propose. A second amendment will be issued within the next few days that will indicate all changes that have been made to the PWS, Attachment I, and the RFP itself.
