Description

04-R-1031 Rosetta Online Language Learning Center This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number is FA8604-04-R-1031. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and DFARS Change Notice 20040323 Edition. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212- 4 and 52.212-5. DFAR 252.204-7004. NAIC Code: 511210. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to Fairfield Language Technologies 135 W. Market Street Harrisonberg, VA 22801. Fairfield Language Technologies has exclusive legal copyrights and the publisher does not market their products through distributors. This RFQ has the following line item(s): Line Item 0001 ? One Year subscription of Rosetta Online Learning Center The period of performance is 23 July 2004 through 22 July 2005.
