- Period of performance shall consist of a Base Year covering the period 9/1/04 - 8/31/05 with 4 one year options to renew. NAICS code 339115 applies to this procurement and it is a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation package (approximately 80 pages) can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link on this page (if no link is shown then solicitation has not yet been posted). Solicitation shall be posted on or about 5/5/04. Should interested parties wish to obtain a hard copy of the solicitation package, it is available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 payable by a certified check or money order to the VA Connecticut Healthcare System.
