Description

This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is: FA9301-04-T-0029. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and Defense Acquisition Change Notice (DCN): 200440223. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562910 and SIC Code is 4959 with a $5Mil size standard. Item to be purchased/Service to be performed; Environmental Cleaning of Facilities Project. Environmental cleaning of facilities to include set-up procedures; cost of labor, material, scaffolding, testing for disposal and an estimated cost for disposal. Place of delivery and acceptance is at Edwards AFB, CA with F.O.B Destination. The service to be performed should be in-line with the Statement/Scope of Work attached. All bidders must submit completed FAR clause 52-212-3; Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with the offer.
