- OC-ALC/BC is seeking additional sources for manufacturing the items noted in the attached list. Qualification requirements, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 9.2, have been established on all items with the exception of two. Items with qualification requirements are noted in the attachment. Request for qualification requirements should be requested in writing to this office. This notice does not mean that the Air Force is contemplating the purchase of these items in the near future. ITEMS FOR INCUBATOR FIRMS NSN: 1680-01-495-1647RK P/N: 200120374 Projected Qty: 400 each Noun: Base Actuator Description: Component of Vertical Seat Actuator for the ACES II Ejection Seat applicable to multiple weapon systems. The function of the actuator base is to contain the components of the vertical seat actuator and support the ejection seat during the ejection sequence as well as during normal operation of the aircraft. The base also functions as the support mechanism for the explosive charge used to eject the seat during the ejection sequence.
