- The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to: (1) update Exhibit A of the final solicitation and (2) change the unit locations from 442 to 439 reflected in the updated Exhibit A. Please disregard Exhibit A issued with the final solicitation and replace it with the updated Exhibit A attachment and (3) the closing date has been extended to May 19, 2004.
