Description

On behalf of the Illiana Healthcare System, 1900 E. Main St., Danville, IL 61832, the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source agreement with the American Red Cross Blood Bank of Peoria,IL for Blood Products and Testing. A.R.C. of Peoria is the only blood bank within the region able to provide both the products and the testing required by IHCS. Interested offerors may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements by providing a capability statement and qualification which must contain specific information on supplying this type of product in accordance with FDA rules, regulations and guidelines. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capability statements received within 10 calendar days after the date of submission of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. NAICS code 621991 applies.
