*****The solicitation is hereby amended to respond to technical questions submitted, QUESTION: Regarding the laser specs for the above mentioned solicitation, there are no lasers on the market that offer 200 mJ/pulse at 30 Hz repetition rate and have laser head dimensions and power supply weight that are equal to those listed in the solicitation. The upper limit on the repetition rate is 15 Hz for lasers that meet the size and weight specifications. RESPONSE: The requirement states the following within Line Item 2:**The laser pulse repetition rate shall be between 0 to 30 Hz; The keyword is "between", and 15 Hz meets this requirement.***** NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-MAY-2004).
