Description

Notice of Contract Action This is a notice of a contract action. The Electronic Combat Development Program Office (ASC/AAN)is contemplating the issuance of new work under awarded delivery order 0006 under Basic Ordering Agreement F33657-01-G-2088 with: Raytheon Company Goleta, CA 93117-3114 Background: This current effort is to convert 8 additional 1x2 Dual Compatible Launchers and 5 additional 1x2 Protector Magazines for future use under a pre- existing task on delivery order 0006. Requirements: Convert hardware to support the ALE-50 program. Acquisition Environment: The statutory authority, which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 United States Code (USC) 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(ii) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
