- Quotations shall include the vender?s cage code, DUNS number ad TIN (tax identification number.) Should industry have any questions, please contact Michelle A. Quotations should be on company letterhead in company format and must be sent to ATTN: Susan Griffin at griffi1@socom.mil, FAX (813) 828-7504. Quotes are required to be received no later than 12:00 EST, Monday, April 19, 2004. Award shall be made to the responsive, responsible offeror quoting the lowest overall evaluated price. Earliest delivery is the best. The prospective offeror must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award.
